    Install date 1/26/23.
We paid $1600 to have glass installed in our sliding door. John came out in December to measure the door and get the white insert ordered. John called and we set up a date of 1/26/23 to have an install. John sent a person named Todd and a trainee out to do the install. They acted very professional at first. Todd let us know that the manufacture sent the wrong color door. Okay, we thought, but Todd reassured us that if we had any problem with it at all, just let John know and he'll contact the manufacturer. Todd and I talked and chit chatted and we seemed to get along just fine. I was downstairs while they were doing the install and I was able to work from home that day and was just on my laptop while they worked on the install. Todd tells me they're finishing up. And I just watch them load up and leave. They didn't demonstrate the door opening/closing but the showed me how to put in the insert.

Later that night, I had to go outside so I tried to move our sliding glass door and it was stuck. I was able to get it to move and open and I saw that a part of the frame of the sliding glass door had popped out and was preventing the door from opening and closing fully. This was never an issue prior to Todd and the trainee installing the glass in the sliding door.

My wife and I have contacted John and Todd about the issue soon after it was discovered and we hoped they could just come out and just take a look at the issue. Well, this has turned out to be something they are either mentally incapable of doing or unwilling to fix. John has told me to WD-40 it and accused me of not knowing how a door works but let him know if we still need help and he appreciated our business. Fast forward to today, 2/3/23, which they have accused us of damaging our own door. John has laughed at my wife on the phone, refusing to take it seriously. John has now said that Todd didn't feel appreciated, whatever that means. I just don't know why they can't act like adults.
