    Regrettably, we hired Rocky Mountain Pet Services to check in on our 2 cats while we were out of town. They were hired to water, feed, and change the litter, that's it. We came home to find that our hardwood floors were water-damaged because she decided that our plants neededwatering,which is fine,but was not what theywere hired todo. When we returned, we noticed a nearby plant had been overwatered heavily. We asked the owner ******** if she had watered the plant, and she stated that she added one cup of water to the plant every day because it was dropping leaves. Although we appreciate the sentiment, she was not hired to water plants. Michelleclaims on her website to have insurance and our wood floors are 100% warped. We have offered to have her back over to viewthe damage for herself, which she has denied. She originally offered to see the damage herself, but has now backed away - even though it's obvious. I am not sure why you have insurance if you don't plan on using it for instances like this. We are not mad, just concerned that our floors are damaged by someone who is not us, who we trusted to feed our cats.
