  I have only good things to say about Northern Colorado Plumbing & Drain Service. My house's ***** aged iron sewage drainage pipes in the crawl space developed an obstruction and leaks requiring replacement. I had first contacted another company which claimed to do the job for $5000 but by next morning our 3 toilets wouldn't flush. Unlike NCP&DST They didn't bother doing a fiber optic snake exam which revealed a sewage line obstruction outside the house. They then wanted $13k to replace the entire sewer pipes! NCP fixed the outside obstruction and replaced all the iron sewage pipes for half the cost!

  Rod at Northern Colorado Plumbing and Drain Service is an excellent example of how things are supposed to be! I called him late on a Friday for what I thought would be a simple and easy kitchen sink blockage issue to be resolved I was prepared to wait until the next week for an available timeslot. *** told me he would be at my house at 8:30 on Saturday. My issue ended up being a bit more complex, but he had the experience and tools to get the job done. Rod provided a high value, with superb customer ********************** on short notice and resolved my issue quickly. I highly recommend Northern Colorado Plumbing and Drain Service.

  I called on a Saturday morning because water was pouring out under my dishwasher and through the sub flooring into my basement. In a panic I shut off all the water to the house. Rod patiently talked me through shutting off the valve on the line leading to just the dishwasher, (which I didn’t know about). He waited on the line until I located the valve, though he was not obligated to help me with an appliance problem. Then he graciously took another panicked call when the valve would not completely shut off the line to the dishwasher and began to also leak water under the kitchen sink. Someone was out that afternoon to replace the valve so I could turn the water back on to the house. Rod and Carissa went out of their way to be kind and helpful. They saved my weekend from total disaster. I very much appreciate their great service!
