      John was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly earned my trust. He was thorough and explained what he found in inspecting my HVAC system. I would certainly ask for him to work on my system next time.

      David M******* and his crew from Allen Services did a great job installing a new boiler and all the related parts and complex pieces. They removed the 44 year old system and completely modernized our heating. They worked carefully and obviously knew what they were doing. The crew worked together closely to make sure the new system was well constructed. Thanks guys..!!!

      Allen service has been my mainstay to keep all systems of my home in top shape. Today, I received service by kick butt plumber Terra, and besides being a professional who quickly analyzed my problem, she was efficient and effective - was in and out of my house in no time. Now, that is the way to run a business!

      Our first experience with Allen Service was in August 2022 for an HVAC system inspection the results of which indicated early signs of abnormal wear. We subsequently decided to replace the system and water heater. Everyone, including Clayton & Jon (inspection), Steve M., Eric, & “Chernet” (design), Robert & Ransom (HVAC installation), and Terra & Boston (H2O heater installation) was professional, skilled, friendly, and very open to answering questions. We appreciate all of their individual and collective efforts.

      Mark was extremely professional, thorough and complete in his inspection. He explained his procedure beforehand and gave a complete report upon completion. He also updated me on some new home repair services being offered by Allen ( after I asked) which I appreciated . I was especially struck by his objectivity with no hint of trying to sell me something else!

      I was in a bind and they helped me out on very short notice. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dressed professionally and wore a mask/boot covers at my request. Definitely recommend for electrical needs.
