On or about Oct 7 framing was completed, and they requested Draw #2 (Framing) in the amount of $39,********* that time, based on challenges with lacking communication and a fraudulent statement about materials paid for, when in fact they were not paid for AND further no evidence that Materials paid for in April had been purchased. We requested proof of performance, invoices, anything to support the fact that nearly $49,000 in materials had been purchased. Other than the lumber and concrete for framing done (Estimated at $15,000).Since those requests and a detailed explanation from Belling that no further payment will be made until that proof is provided the company has become unresponsive.
