      Since January 2022 I have made 7 requests to have our property walked and for the HOA rules to be addressed/enforced. Gallons of vehicle oil on the pavement (from 2 vehicles in the cul de sac) multiple broken irrigation lines where the water runs on the sidewalk all day, and 20 other violations in a 200 meter radius.

      ***** ****** would like to have the Community Association Manager meet with her and walk through the property.  There are privacy concerns in regard to other homeowners especially related to covenant violations and delinquencies.  ***** asked for an appointment to come into our office and I met with her in regard to her concerns.  She discussed some concerns which the association is working to address.  The Community Association Manager or a designated assistant walks through the property once a month.  In addition, the Community Association Manager does do some of these walk-throughs of the association with the Board of Directors in regard to covenant violations.  The landscaping company has been contacted to do an audit of the irrigation system to ensure that there are no broken irrigation lines.  We are happy to work together to ensure that all the her concerns are resolved. Dates of walk throughs can be provided after they occur but not before.  Thank you for the opportunity to provide our response to these comments.

      Here is a listing of the property visits over the past eight months that Touchstone has made.  In addition, there is an updated covenant violation listing as of today, August 17, 2022.
