***** and the Assurance team went to bat with the insurance company, and got the new roof covered. Installation took one week. The roof is fantastic. Assurant had great subcontractors whom they watched over continuously to make sure the job was done right. I could not be happier with the outcome. Great job and HIGHLY recommended!

Steve was one of several contractors that showed up after a major hailstorm in the area. He went through an inspection of the house and pole barn ok so got the insurance adjuster out to do their thing with Steve present got everything oked with adjuster. The house was roofed and rainguttered ok,But after that it was total silence for almost a year then Steve was asking that I ask my insurance company for an extension to finish the contract, so ok got the extension then hear nothing but insurance needs to pay more $$$ for the pole barn repair, Plus Steve was fighting insurance for other things like sucking out all the attic insulation and replacing it, another big $$$ job that was not in the original contract. Anyway Steve got his extra $$$ he said that he needed to get the pole barn repair work done.. So Steve finally got to the pole barn repair 15 months after the contract was signed. But Steve shorted the pole barn materials by over 400 square feet probably hoping I would not notice, because it was about 2 months later before I heard from Steve, let him know about the screw job, I was out of state at the time, I had pictures that I sent him he quickly came out to finally check his work got caught so he quickly tried to correct it that was ok, but it still took him two shots to get it done right. Seems that the communication really does not exist with Steve as he avoided communication. So after talking to my insurance company why things were taking so long they told me that Assurance contractors were at the top their list as one of the most greedy contractors that they have to deal with. So in the end assurance contractors breached their contract with me and left me with three repairs to do because they could not make that mega profit. Absolutely do not recommend them!!

****,We apologize for the initial oversights in the installation of your barn roof. We did make the necessary corrections. Regarding your concerns about the length of the insurance process, our contract clearly stated that you wanted insurance to cover all your damages. We successfully persuaded your insurance carrier to cover 28% more than their initial estimate. Please note that we did not perform all the work for all the damages that we persuaded your insurance to cover, and we only charged you for the work we completed. Additionally, we negotiated an extra $6,000 for interior repairs that benefited you alone. While we regret not getting your barn roof right the first time, it has now been correctly installed, and you have a full warranty on both your house and barn roofs.
