  I can attest to ************'s review, because I'm going through a similar situation with ****'s Mobile RV Plus. We had a crack in our truck camper door that needed to be fixed. **** came and took the door Friday night, sealed off my camper, and said that he'd have it back by Monday morning at the latest. He kept saying that he ran into complication after complication (which wasn't the problem - I understand that these things happen). The problem was that I had to pry information out of him. He wouldn't return my calls, and hours would go by without him returning any of my texts. Monday, around 1pm, he said that he was on his way and that we could remove the seal. Long story short, another complication came up, so I asked him to please come back and seal up the camper again. He said that he would, but it's now Friday, and my camper hasn't been sealed since Monday. Every day since has been a struggle to get him to communicate when our door would be finished and when he'd be able to finish the job. Yesterday, he said that he'd attach our door around 9pm. I didn't get another text until 11:35pm, and then at 1:50am, he said that he couldn't make it and would stop by the next morning before he left for ******* It's now almost 12pm, and he hasn't contacted me once, even though I keep reaching out. He has my property, I've agreed to pay him in full, and he's still not responding. I almost feel like I have to escalate this situation to the cops due to his unreliability and unwillingness to give me back my door.This is so important, because I live out of my camper. I'm a travel nurse, and I rely on my camper for shelter when I travel between jobs. Everything that I own has been exposed to the elements, and I tried explaining this to ****, but it fell on deaf ears. When I finally get my door back, and it's fixed and in good condition, I'll amend my review. Just please save yourself the frustration and book an appointment with another shop.

  Jacks Mobile RV Service makes it a point to state in their web information that people can depend on them for all of their RV service needs. I only wish that had been the case for us. After a couple of excruciatingly difficult years of loss for our family, we were looking forward to a camping getaway in the backcountry to celebrate my birthday this week. Only problem was a repair needed to our hot water heater in our camper first. Our regular repair shop was booked out too far and suggested we try Jacks. We were excited to learn he could come the very next day. The next day came and he had to cancel because he had an emergency job that came up. He said he would be able to come the next day. The next day he kept calling and postponing his arrival time because the job was taking longer than expected. Finally at nearly 11:00 pm he called to say he had just finished. This was a Saturday night and when he offered the next day we were not available. He asked about the week days and my husband told him any afternoon. He said he would come today (Wednesday) after 3:00 PM. My husband waited all afternoon. It is 8:15 PM now, no call, no text, NO SHOW and no camping trip for my birthday! I am so disappointed. I wish we would have gone ahead and just scheduled with our regular repair shop. It would have saved us time as it turns out. We CAN DEPEND on them.

  Hey yall! This customers wife jumped the gun and left us a 1 start review and stated we ruined her weekend but for a fact we didnt ruin her birthday weekend we actually saved it by coming by this evening when we finally could and finding the most simple issue with their water heater. Fix it, tested it and even showed the husband how to remedy the situation if it arises again. This review does not reflect our company one bit because we do actually care. -Bria

  ****'s Mobile RV Plus LLC is the one to call in the ***************** area. We were traveling in the area when troubles became evident on two of our slides. **** met us while we were at a store to replenish supplies. The slides were inspected and issues were diagnosed. Parts needed were quoted as well as labor. While at the site the slides were provided a maintenance service at a reasonable price and we were on our way. Unfortunately we were scheduled to be ********* when the parts would be available and will have the repairs completed later.
