      I have never had injections before, and walked into my appointment without any idea of what to expect. My technician was over 10 minutes late and very flustered and rushed. Because of this, she did not clean injection sites before injection. I thought it was concerning, but wasn't sure that this wasn't common practice, so I didn't say anything at the time (big regret!). After retelling my experience to those who have had these injections, I was told to contact the company. The company has a repetitive "please review" text that goes out, so I used that to leave a private review for the company. They quickly called me to tell me my experience wasn't true, and that I just didn't feel, smell, or hear any tearing of alcohol pads for each of the 34 units of injection. I was shocked that they would call a customer on the phone to rebuke or argue a private web review, and thought that was an incredibly unprofessional move. So I did some digging into their lowest reviews online, and it's there that I see the owner **** questioning the experience of nearly all who have left low reviews in the past 2 years, while disclosing information about these patient's visits in sprawling, accusatory comments. When I then left a public review, he did the same, with a 4 paragraph response which, apart from being combative and dismissive in tone (and quite rambling), was based on the premise I had a "conflicting reality." It seems **** and the business have a history with this kind of behavior. I left a private review because I really didn't care all that much about the cleaning. Nothing happened, I was fine, but wanted you to know safety practices were overlooked or skipped by a clearly overwhelmed staffer. I left the public review due to the response by ****. This unusually defensive and hostile behavior from a business owner makes me question the soundness of the management and operational practices of establishment at whole.
