    I have never received such terrible customer service, in my life. Both the College Smoke shop C, and it's neighboring smoke shop called Lit, have the same management, and I've been to them on separate dates, but both occasions were negative. I feel the need to review this business to warn others, so that maybe they can avoid feeling so mistreated, like I feel I was. On January 30th approximately 11pm i visited the shop, and employee Nathaniel was working. During my visit he was short, rude, a unwilling to help, for no seemingly real reason. As i browsed, and asked him a few questions about items, he randomly told me I needed to pick out what I wanted and needed to leave. I was very confused. He then accused me of having been there before, lingering, and stealing. Both me and the person with me assured him i hadn't been there before. He didn't seem to care. With all the disrespect my friend told me we should just leave, on our way out the door, Nathaniel used profanity, and called us both pretty unpleasant names. I'm still kind of in shock. I've never been accused and treated like that before. Especially him insisting I had been there before, when I most definitely hadn't been. The names he called my friend could be considered a hate crime. I've never felt so utterly disrespected and disregarded as a customer. I feel I need to erge others not to shop here.
