    This business polices the parking lots of REI, Tokyo *****, and Planet Fitness. They are operating in an illegal matter by tagging vehicles to be towed and not properly listing all the legally required information on their sticker. They harass customers for violating unwritten rules. They towed a vehicle that belonged to a homeless woman who is in the hospital. Some jerk harassed me for sitting in my vehicle and threatened to tow me. This business is immoral and very shady. They are not following the laws. I spoke to the managers of the businesses. The managers said to ignore the harassing tow truck driver as he is not following their rules. Any business that would allow themselves to be represented by these actions should be thoroughly examined by state law enforcement as towing operations are known to be extremely shady (many are just money laundering fronts). This business should never be trusted.

    The operators of this company are weirdly volatile and defensive for individuals who claim to be running a legitimate business. the constant threats of legal action for slander in their ****** reviews for arbitrary and/legitimate complaints is concerning and reeks of insecurity. Have been known to damage vehicles on purpose and keep vehicles overnight with weird rules in order to be able to charge you additional nightly rates.
