    After my initial complaint, I received an email from their office staff. It took diligence and lots of trying but I finally received my 7 windows! The installers were awesome and left my property and home very clean. I love the windows too! If they can get their communication more consistent and let customers know why there are delays, it would be helpful. No one likes being left in the dark.

    Greyrock re-ordered a window they mismeasured, and I have tried to contact the company for an update on my order. Initially, after getting a few responses but now what seems to amount to getting the runaround, no one has responded to emails or phone calls for the past few months. I do not recommend this company at all.

    Will not respond to warranty issue on entry door. Office and cell phone mailbox almost always full so you can't leave a message. No response when email left. This has been going on for about 3 months. Finally had to contact corporate office of the manufacturer for resolution. Would NOT recommend Greyrock or every use them again.
