    Santa Cruz Synthetic Landscaping and Turf were habitually late. For their initial meeting with us, they told us they'd be here by 1pm, they showed up 20 minutes late. No call that they'd be running behind. We disregarded that and decided to try again and have them landscape our yard. Again, they told us they would be at our house on 3/3/2025 by 7am, they showed up at 8am with no call or concern letting us know that they'd be late or coming at all. When I spoke to the said owner, he got an attitude with me when I asked why they were so late and why we didn't receive any notification. The owner then proceed to text my fianc and tell him that they refuse to do the job because I questioned their lateness and intention to show. We ended up canceling after he offered to "see" if his guys would come back and do the job. We went with another company further away. Just a bad experience from start to finish.
