    Deposit has not been reimbursed all qualifications/demands/restrictions were met harassed by owner(not just me but many others in the park)moved out 3 weeks early and still have not received prorated refund money that was agreed upon in the rental agreement

    Returned deposit and the prorated amount March 10th. Less than 30 days.

    When **** and ****** moved in, they asked if ******* ****, Joshs father, could pay the first initial payment that included the $400 deposit. I have to return the deposit on the card ending 2002 it was charged to. The deposit refund total was $380.

    Vianka came to the office on February 14th to pay with her credit card ending in 7808.

    COR, check out report charges as follows:
    **** washed the inside of his toy hauler on February 20th. Management told him that per our rules and regulations, he isnt allowed to wash his RV, and he would be charged for the water. Please see the enclosed photo of the conversation. Charged $50 for water.

    **** and ****** were charged $25 for leaving their space a mess. Please see the enclosed photos.

    During their stay at ****** Ranch *******, management had numerous complaints about **** and ****** driving too fast in the park. Their RV leaked water constantly. These guests didnt read our rules and regulations obviously because they broke many rules while staying here.
