    Ordered island and cabinets on 6th Dec 2023. Business stated and agreed to a 3 week turnaround of my order. Daniel Brockelmann came to my home and measured. Have been given excuses, of loss of staff which was causing delay. Later April 2024 I asked for a refund and to cancel order. Via text Daniel Brockelmann stated he would send a check. NO money returned or goods received. The business in its different use of names and adresses are still on facebook recruiting business. Contacted via Facebook another customer who was commenting about where there order was. They ordered in November 2023 and have been given the same excuses. Seems them and myself and probablyany others are going through the same thing. This company is on facebook under Dan's design and any other names ALL in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Including his family member who uses dans designs address and also another (pawnee Avenue) which shows up as land with metal containers. Also there are 2-3 different phone numbers. They are stealing money and ignoring customers when asking for money back. Thousands of dollars from each person. This company needs to be investigated for fraud. I also found on public records a court judgment for Dan's designs llc for a Alice and Daniel Brockelmann (wife/was registered owner) Feb 2024. They were taken to court by a NY investor company and were ordered to pay $ 82,000 or around that figure. Allegedly, after then they dropped the LLC and Daniel Brockelmann became the registered owner. All I want is money returned and to warn other potential customers that if they hand any money over they are at risk of product not being forfilled or there money lost.

    Company received full payment in September 2023, and the owner signed a contract the same month where he agreed to complete and deliver the cabinets by March 1, 2024. There were penalties associated with any delays, including reimbursement. He missed that deadline, and after in-person, phone and text messages trying to follow up with him, he delivered the cabinet bases pending the doors (lower and upper) in Mid-March, in clear breach of contract. He fast-tracked the project and the quality of his product is substandard. There are cracks on the front panels, the alignment on the back of the cabinets shows gaps that would be filled if they were built correctly. Again, in breach of contract that stipulated a certain standard of quality and workmanship. The contract also stated the production of a specific style of cabinet doors (slim shaker). In March, he told us he did not have the tools/past experience to produce said style. On April 10, we called him to inquire about the final delivery date for the missing drawers and doors. He said he could produce 2 doors/hour, and that we would be done with this project soon enough, giving us a two-week delivery date. It is another missed deadline. On April 29, he stated that he hadn't made much progress, and he had NO TIMELINE to offer. Here's the list of the missing items, and he cannot discuss how many of those items are fully assembled, how many are primed and painted. - 27 cabinet doors, including 1 trash pullout - 17 drawers - 4 pantry pullouts/rollouts - 1 microwave pullout/rollout - 1 sink front face - 1 skin for cabinet (min. 42" height) It's been more than 8 months since the full payment and contract agreement to deliver the products by March 1. The fact that is nearly impossible to contact him because he does not pick up calls or replies to text messages is unprofessional. The fact that he CANNOT provide any reasonable plan to move forward with this project in any timely manner is unacceptable.

    After numerous attempts, I managed to get a hold of the Owner (Daniel Bockelmann) on the phone, and he said he had made no progress and there was no timeline to deliver the project. 
    When he spoke earlier today with my husband, he said he had 80% of them done, and later today he tried to retract that by saying that 80% of the total project (cabinet bases) are complete. He has no update and choses not to give a timeline for the missing doors and drawers. 

    In the previous communication with him, he said he would have it all delivered and installed last Friday (5/10), then it would be yesterday (5/13). We tried to contact him multiple times to confirm any of the dates, but he chose to ignore our messages as he could not honor his word or proactively notify us of progress.
