    I was not satisfied with the customer service provided by the TGI Storage Company in Fort Morgan, CO. On May 1, 2023 they allegedly claim that there were no sufficient funds on my card which was set up to automatic withdraw of payments after 11 months of consistent service. After May 1st I don’t know what happened but I am assuming that they just completely stopped charging my card for the continued service and in July of 2023 auctioned off my storage without notifying me or my mother who was making the payments for me. Once I finally found out about this happening I contacted the company and tried numerous times to get a hold of upper management to come to a resolution and nothing still to this day.
