    Working with this Dreamscape construction to redo my shower was horrific. They quoted me 1-2 weeks and it ended up taking over 10 weeks to complete. They fully tore down the shower 3 times and redid it 3 times in order to get it to a minimally acceptable standard. The shower as it stands now still has dented and cracked trim on it that the company has refused to fix. The company did thousands of dollars of damage to my house. They stained my carpet with tile mud because they never protected the carpet during the renovation, they cracked my floor tiles and have refused to fix them, they dumped tile shards in my yard and got drywall plaster on the side of my House. During the second tear down, the owner of the company, **** *******, stated that this was the guys first tile job. This guy had been left alone in my house to do the shower with no training and had one untrained helper and no oversight from the company owner.

    Thank you for raising these concerns, as they help us identify areas for improvement. We take your feedback seriously and will address each issue methodically.
    Regarding the shower, we removed and replaced the shower wall and floor due to substandard installation. Claims of three full tear-downs are inaccurate, and we have time-stamped photos to confirm this.
    On the trim issue, Breata reported scratches, which we promptly repaired after discussions. She expressed satisfaction with the results, noting only a minor dent she deemed unnoticeable after painting. We offered to fill and repaint it, but she declined. Our laborer, Oscar, can verify this conversation. No trim cracks were mentioned, but we provided our warranty details, ensuring any future issues could be addressed.
    During the first two weeks, we neglected carpet protection, resulting in minor mortar stains. Upon realizing this, we installed protection for the remainder of the project, as documented in time-stamped photos. To rectify our error, we had the carpets professionally steam-cleaned post-project, with receipts available.
    During the final walkthrough, Breata appeared satisfied. We addressed her concerns, including cleaning up yard tiles and repairing drywall. She noted one cracked floor tile, which we didn’t install but agreed to fix under warranty. We’ve been delayed by a busy schedule but remain committed to repairing it. No other issues were raised, and final payment was completed without dispute. We encouraged her to report any further concerns.
    If thousands of dollars in damages exist, we’re prepared to cover or repair them upon receiving photos and a detailed assessment. We acknowledge our mistakes and are fully committed to making things right while continuously improving our processes to prevent future issues. Thank you for your time.
