    We've purchased a few hot tubs over the last ***** years and are very familiar with what "good" looks like.End of the day, hot tubs are not a complicated animal. You want to look for a quality shell, quality pumps and controllers. You need to understand how they work and how best to maintain them for the best results - just like a car.We decided to purchase a new tub from Stellar due to their usage of quality components, good warranty and excellent service from *****. He was attentive and followed up before, during and after the sale. The pricing for the tub delivered was very favorable.Upon delivery, there was some fork tine damage to one exterior panel on the tub (100% the shippers fault). We took pictures and reported the damage to *****, he immediately got in touch with the factory and arranged for a replacement panel to be sent out right away. A few screws and things were fixed, ready to go - awesome, prompt service.We would be happy to purchase another spa from Stellar spas in the future, not many companies truly strive to deliver a high level of product and service.

    We purchased our ********** model back in July of 2020. It's still a great hot tub!! ******************* was great to work with! It shipped/arrived in good shape and we found a hot tub company to pick it up and install at our home. Very pleased!
