    Our pets cut was horrible and was promised a call from the owner which never happened. Went there last Saturday. We provided pictures, explanations, and even indicated do exactly like last time. And what we got from one of the dog groomers was cr@p. The store manager called and couldn't help much and tried to say it was a miscommunication which it WASN'T but said the owner would call back to fix. Have I heard from owner?? NOPE. And it's been a week. The cut was horrible and the owner can't be bothered to call and make this right. Stay away. Bad policies, and even worse customer service. I posted a bad review on ****** and of course the owner responded with lies and customer blaming rather than calling. And Im betting shell do the same here and then cry harassment like she did with the review below. The owners responses are a clear indication of her shady business practices and how poorly she treats her customers
