      Told me they were going to come and pick up my tanks. It cost me $1,800 to get new tanks set. I had just paid the rent on my tanks from Global a few weeks before the phone call. And they were still about 60% full. Find a different company.

      Customer leased a ***** gallon and a 500 gallon propane tank.  Placement of these tanks represents a $10,000 investment of equipment and labor to supply customer with ******************** service.

      2022 Customer took 11 months to pay his lease
      2023 Customer took 9 months to pay his lease
      2024 Customer again took 9 months to pay his lease

      All statements and charges are due in 30 days.

      Customer was much better about paying his ******************** gas bill.  However, the terms of the lease require customer to purchase 2 tank volumes per year or approximately ***** gallons per year, which customer was notified of at the time of initiation of service and customer agreed to.

      2021 Customer purchased 500 gallons of ********************
      2022 Customer purchased ***** gallons of ********************
      2023 Customer purchased 800 gallons of ********************
      2024 Customer purchased 330 gallons of ********************

      Over the 4 years, customer should have purchased approximately ****** gallons of propane.  Customer purchased ***** gallons, a shortage of ***** gallons.  Global has lost approximately $16,000 in propane sales.

      This low, inconsistent propane usage may be an indication that customer was having another company fill our propane tank, a violation of state law.

      This lease was terminated due to Customers poor payment history and low volume usage, in direct violation of the lease.

      We were in a cold snap a few days ago. ****** called said he was on his way to deliver propane. Unfortunately we were in **********. We have a control gate and ****** being so kind went above and beyond his duties. He removed the pin to get in and filled both of our tanks. 10 kudos to ******! Thank you so much

      We moved to Conifer in **** and tried the usual propane companies that neighbors used and were disappointed over and over. We found Global over 10 years ago and have been loyal customers since. We find they consistently have the best price and they are very reliable. They even came once on New Year's Day (very cold) because we had gotten to the bottom of our tank. Great service and highly recommend.
