    I hired C&C Concrete and Construction in July 2021 to pour a stamped concrete patio at my residence. The job was completed and I paid him $3,750.00 on August 17, 2021 and I was quite satisfied. He guaranteed his work for a period of one year. On March 26, 2022, I contacted him because chunks of the stamped concrete were coming off. He said he would be out to fix it the following week. He didn't show up. After not showing up again, I sent him a text on April 8, 2022. I received no response. On April 18th, he finally communicated with me. On April 20th, he fixed the chunks that had chipped off. I contacted him again on May 14, 2022 with further chunks of the stamped concrete coming off. As of June 15th, he still hadn't come to fix my patio. On July 11, 2022, I texted him again with pictures of the chunks that were chipped off, and also now with cracks all throughout the patio. He responded on July 12th, saying he was sorry about not getting back to me, that it was his fault for being overbooked. He came to my house on July 16th. He said he would be back to fix everything on July 29th and 30th. He didn't show up on 7/29 or 7/30. I texted him and he said he would come the next day, that the rain had put him behind. I told him I understood, but just needed him to communicate with me instead of just not showing up. Still didn't show up and I texted him again on August 2nd. Said he would be there on August 3rd. He didn't show up on August 3rd. I texted him and he said he would come August 4th. He did come August 4th, but only fixed the missing chunks, but not the cracks. Texted him and he said he'd come back to seal the cracks. He said to give him a few days. Texted him again on August 18th. No response. Texted him again on September 10th and he responded that he will be back on September 13th and 14th to fix the cracks. He didn't show up. Then said he'd have it done by 9/16. I called and left messages on 9/19 and 9/20 with no response back.
