    We dropped our 2009 Class A off to have them do 3 things. They called about a week later saying that they wouldnt address 2 of the items because of the age of our RV. So, the one thing they did do was start the generator (task #3). It was simply a switch in the wrong position. We also had them order a windshield wiper arm. However, when we got our bill it also reflected them performing a $51.80 multipoint inspection which we did NOT ask for. Then, for a simple wiper arm, they charged me $174.55 for freight/handling. Lastly they charged me $25.90 for shop supplies used to start the generator. No supplies were needed whatsoever. We left very displease! Use their services at your own risk.

    Concerning Transwest RV. in Ft. ******** , ** Unless you have full warranty coverage on your RV with both the ******** and the Winnebago or an extended coverage for both I recommend not coming here for repairs . We had an awful experience with their service and parts ***** They overcharge on the side of ridiculolus . We had 3 simple things to get done . 1. A smashed window curtain. 2. A repair on a cabinet that Winnebago used cheap and tiny screws unsuitable for the job. 3. A leak in one of the windows of the van's chassis. They wanted ***** $ + . After being there 3 hours and with the van already diagnosed , ***** came to tell us what the cost would be. I had to go to the service desk to find out . Nothing under our extended ******** warranty and they still charged us over $ 300 for the diagnostic. I complained but to no avail. We will never use them again although we bought they vehicle with them. They DO NOT RESPECT VALUED CUSTOMERs. I suspect only rich people who they play golf with are able to afford such outrageous over the top cost
