    Charged multiple times for the same 4 pack, was told over the phone that they could see this was a mistake and would credit this but can only be rectified via email. Sent an email and get a canned response that someone will reach out in 5 days. It has now been over a month sent another email and tried calling again, was told that this is mud season, no managers have phones, cant take our #, etc. this is by far the worst customer service I have experienced.

    Purchased the wrong pass. Bought the Fast Track upgrades instead of the day pass. called and they told me I needed to purchase the day pass. So I did. When I called back to get the Fast Track refunded they denied it. After only a few minutes of realizing my mistake. Such a bad business practice. Do not go here! Go to Keystone better time for your money.

    Me and my family have enjoyed skiing at copper for the past 14 years, we travel from ***** and stay on the mountain in their lodging at least 3-4 times a year. In total this cost us over $30,000 a year for the past 14 years. Yesterday I went into the ************* store in center village and bought a pair of heated gloves from them. They agreed that if I placed my gloves I was wearing in the box they would hold them till the end of day for me so I could continue to ski without them. My nephew picked them up that evening and the employee opened the box and handed him my gloves and kept the box. He kept the box with my charger in it. They will not review security footage, will not refund the gloves. So not I have $300 glove that have been used for 4 hrs that are useless. Spend your money at ********************, ******* creek. Dont let these people steal from you.

    Hi there, 

    This was not "theft" in any way. The management team has investigated this incident fully and determined it was an accident that this guest's nephew received the old gloves back but not the new box. It should be noted that the guest's nephew did not request the box back at the time, and most guests who wear their new gloves out of the store ask staff to discard the box for them so they aren't carrying around an empty box. When the guest himself came back to bring this to our attention, the team asked for time to look into the incident. The guest was then offered a new charger for his heated gloves over the phone after his box was unable to be found, and when this was declined, he received a full refund for his new gloves on 12/25/23. It is against store policy to store personal items, guests are normally directed to locker rentals next door, however the clerk was trying to be helpful on the holidays and do him a favor and save him a few dollars. Furthermore, the Manager did in fact offer to review security footage when the person who has access started work for the day, approximately one hour later. It was determined that the throwing away of his gloves box was accidental, no one stole the charger, it unfortunately went in the trash in what appeared to be an empty box. This complaint has been resolved in our opinion with a full refund to the guest, despite having worn the gloves and his nephew failing to ask for the box when he came back in to get the old gloves. The staff assumed that the guest took the charger when he took the new gloves and that the box was trash, and the nephew did not know to ask. This is an unfortunate misunderstanding that already resulted in a full refund to this guest.

    I started online by booking a full day private lesson for our family of four. When I did that, I read the cancellation policy that stated a 10% fee is applied if a reservation is cancelled outside of 24 hours. When I went to check out, the site asked if I wanted to reserve additional lift tickets, rental and parking. I made all those reservations within the same transaction.
    Due to a medical issue, our trip needed to be canceled. When I called, I was told by staff there are different cancellation policies for different products on the site, and was only refunded for the lesson, lift tickets associated with lesson, rental and parking, but not for the $756 for the second day lift tickets.
    The website does not clearly state how the cancellation policy applies to only certain things almost like a bait-and-switch technique when making multiple reservations in one transaction.
