  Atrocious customer service. I was trying to cancel my order after being called by the driver that he was in No Name when I live in GWS. The female who answered the phone was mean, hostile and rude when I was trying to cancel my order and even had the audacity to say "People always want free things." She ended up hanging up on me when I was persistent on talking to a manger. I was offered a refund but that was lip service because she never once asked me my name, address or the credit card number that was used for the order.I waited 2 days and called during the day and the same female answered as was horrible to me again. Finally saying that " *****" was the manager and wasn't available. When I asked for more details as to when I speak to manager, she became more hostile.I called another number listed for this business (there are 2 on file) and spoke to the "owner" who states his name was *******. He was completely unhelpful and ****. He apologized for my bad experience but what he should have apologized for was the vicious and unprofessional behavior the lady I spoke to twice. If I would have gotten an apology for that, I wouldn't have gone out of my way to write this review. But if this is the way that the "owner" thinks a business should be run and not take accountability for how rude and mean his employees are, then I will spread word on how terrible this place is and encourage people to go to other small businesses to support. They've lost me but I speak to a lot of people on a daily basis and will let my experience be known and shared.Quality customer service is something that should never be overlooked or forgotten
