Called Bishop Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. to assist with a water heater issue. Appointment was made but later received a call that the plumber would not be coming out to my house because they did not service mobile homes or double wide trailers. I explained to the representative that my home is a modular unit on a concrete foundation and is not mobile or a double wide trailer. I explained that I had service last year on my air conditioner unit and the representative said that it was likely a mistake that someone came out to my house. I would recommend hiring a different company who serves all customers.

This work involves a diverse range of components, many of which are not a part of our inventory and prove challenging to source. We understand the importance of obtaining assistance from a company that is suited to your unique requirements. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend our services to customers requiring renovations, new constructions, well repairs, or modular homes as it does not align with our specialties. In the past, we have witnessed our efforts to facilitate these types of repairs result in dissatisfaction for our customers. As it is our aim to provide an exceptional customer experience, we are unable to accept work that we cannot deliver according to our usual standards. In light of this, we have declined your request for service, and we encourage you to seek out a company whose expertise is better aligned with your needs.
