    I wish I could leave less than 1 star for this dealership. I went here excited to purchase an f-150, the salesman I worked with was pleasant enough and helped me find a vehicle I liked that we ended up shaking hands on. This is where things turn frustrating, the afternoon after purchase I notice a noise coming from the engine that started to progressively get worse. My brother in-law was able to identify this as the cam phaser recall problem. As well the truck ended up having some shifting parameter issues and some other programming issues. Unfortunately ford had changed the cam phaser status from a recall to a Customer Satisfaction Program, so Glenwood Springs Ford was able to sell the vehicle without fixing the problem while hiding behind the CSP. When I reached out to them they gave me a whole run around about warranty and were completely unhelpful. Even though my vehicle was a gold rated certified pre-owned they did not want to help. I ended up getting the problem fixed at Groove Ford, they were more than helpful and took care of me. But it doesn't stop there, Glenwood Springs Ford loan officer tried to blame me for not sending him the proper loan information for him to file my registration. I ended up getting in contact with their GM and he found that they had everything they needed and that their officer was just incompetent. Fast forward to 3 months later, I receive a document that their loan officer failed to have me sign to file my registration with the DMV. So I begrudgingly sign and return the form to Glendwood Springs Ford. So I am currently driving on expired temporary tags do to incompetence and was missing my "Gold Certified" truck for 8 days because they were either to lazy or shady to fix the truck prior to selling. DO NOT go to Glenwood Springs Ford if you value your time and sanity. Highly recommend ****** **** in Centennial, CO if you need service or a new vehicle.
