    I am filing a complaint for fraudulent business practices.I purchased a car and warranty through Land Rover Roaring fork, and the warranty was refundable for any un-used portion. The original paperwork was filed with ******** ******* - my power of attorney was signed on NOv 17 2023.Over the past 12-months, I have made no less than a dozen phone calls to land rover, trying to resolve and receive payment for thr un-used portion of the warranty. I have email documentation and calls providing communications, and I have been told, it was filed wrong, or when refiled, the new person didnt know how to do it and it was also incorrect.During this time, I have still not received my compensation, which is due to me after selling the vehicle, and now my calls to ******** and the ** go unanswered, and are not returned, even after I leave polite voicemails asking for their help and support in making this right.

    I would like to formally apologize for the lengthy time it has taken to get your cancellation processed and your refund returned to you.  I know we have been in contact with you after this complaint was submitted and we are getting the situation resolved.  Unfortunately, we are dealing with a third party, and we did not follow up properly to guarantee it was completed.  We will get this handled asap, and again please accept our apology.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Land Rover Denver was not at fault here after further discussions with the dealership and Sonic Automotive is to blame.  A new case will be opened against Sonic.
