    I feel this business is using fraudulent policies. They charged me for parts I did not receive multiple times.

    On October 13, 2022, I ordered a 2023 Chevy Tahoe through Mountain Chevrolet, Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Leaving a deposit of $1000.00. After a week past, I was contacted by the sales manager (Steven) and told my order was being cancelled by the General Manager and my funds would be return. Steven told me the GM would not approve the sale because I used Facebook Marketplace to sell my old Tahoe (Purchased through Mountain Chevy over a year ago). He stated that Tahoe ended up in Texas, and did not stay “local”, therefore he would not allow my purchase of the 2023.

Mountain Chevrolet is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
