Use a trackable shipping method for returns, and we recommend insuring the shipment with a signature receipt confirmation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, StefanKaelin.com will cover the FedEx Ground shipping of the replacement item at no additional charge.

Returns for Credit
- The value of returned merchandise will be refunded to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.
- Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
- Late returns (after 10 days) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the item's retail value.
Returns & Exchanges for Sale Items
- Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
- Returns received after 7 days will be refunded in the form of a store credit for future purchases.
