    The repair looks great, but they quoted me one week for repairs and it ended up taking just over 3 weeks. I had to call them to find out about the delay as they never updated me. They continued to delay my repair, and they didn't seem to care when I told them that I had to spend hundreds of dollars on transportation during this time because I only budgeted to be without my vehicle for one week. Then they sprung a "processing fee" on me when I showed up to pay for/pick up my car because I wasn't paying with cash, which ended up being an extra $113.68 on top of my total which was $3,789.23. I couldn't even run to the bank and come back with cash because they only gave me 1.5 hours notice before they closed that my car was ready and I had to leave work early to go get it. They charge storage fees for vehicles that are left there past their completion date. I picked up on a Friday so I would have been charged fees for Saturday/Sunday. Then I noticed that the emblem on my front bumper was missing. When I informed them that it was missing and I asked if they could put it back on they told me that my vehicle didn't have one when I brought it in, but I know that I had one. So either they removed it and did not put it back on or it came off during the accident and they just didn't fix it. Now they want $100.00+ to put a new one on there. This whole process has been a nightmare and it really seems like they do not care at all about the financial hardship that these delays caused me and all they want is more and more money.
