On December 1, 2022, I took my car to ********************* care because the car was not starting when cranked. ********************* diagnosed the problem to be a crankshaft position sensor and charged us $322.34 to replace the sensor. On getting home, the car stopped and would not start again. I then called TechNet Professional, that warrantied the work done by *********************. I narrated the exact story and the incorrect work done by ********************* to the TechNet representative. He told me that I had two options, either to take the car to one of their mechanics or a mechanic of my choice. He assured me that TechNet would cover the costs of the repair up to what I paid to ********************* and including a maximum of $150.00 for towing. He gave me claim number ****** I made an appointment with a ******** dealer and had the car correctly diagnosed as a bad fuel pump. The repair was done and completed on December 19th at the cost of $1517.00. On getting home, I called the TechNet representative to give an update on the repair. I was told to send all the receipts from both companies to a provided email to the ****** claims processor. ***************************** of Mechanical Operations would later acknowledge the receipt of my filed claim. On December 26th, I got a call from an arrogant claim processor who was aggressively trying hard to intimidate me. Aft a lot of yelling at me denying the claim, I concluded it was all a SCAM collaboration between TechNet and ******. I am terribly embarrassed. If TechNet is a viable and ethical business, they should refund my $322.34 immediately
