    This company has caused damage to my headlight and taillight on my vehicle from their ice melt dispenser trucks. I emailed the company on 2/16/23 and got one response back from *********************** asking for more detail and pictures of the damage. I did so and never received any email or any form of communication back. I have called the office number multiple times with bo response. I called their office on 3/1/23 and spoke to a receptionist who took my information and my concern. I sent a second email to ***** on 2/27/23 saying I have not received any communication or resolution to the damages. I also drove down to their location today (3/13/23) and I was told that I should have gotten an email from a lawyer which I have not received even after checking my spam folder in my email. They have been extremely unprofessional, wont answer emails, wont answer phone calls, and will not give their insurance information to resolve this issue. My car needs to be fixed! I have attached pictures of the damages I have and the markings on my front door/garage door from their clumps of ice melt and pebbles hitting it.

    On November 9, 2022 - Arrowhead Landscape hired by *************************** (********************** ) was on the property to remove leaves and finish landscaping for the season.That morning, ( November 9, 2022) Arrowhead Landscape Service was here to mow the lawn and remove the large amount of leaves in the area. The carports accumulate leaves by the porch and stairs. The team blew the leaves out of the carport area onto my car. THEN they used the commercial leaf blower to blow the leaves and dirt they blew on my car!! There were leaves in the bottom of my windshield by the windshield wiper that are impossible to get out. There are broken pieces of leaves forced down in the car window bottoms, also impossible to remove. Leaves were forced into the truck seal. My car was covered in dirt, leaves, dusk, and sap lines from the blown leaves. The force of the commercial leaf blower created a dusk storm that damaged my car with possible micro-scratches. Something needs to be done. I want my car detailed on the outside and cleared. I do not want anyone near my car that is doing maintenance in the area. I have the right for my car to be protected in my carport.I am furious that my property is not protected at Sugarmill. The management company *********** did nothing to support me. I send many photos of leaves in my engine, sticky leaf marks on my car, dirt, and micro scratches. I witnessed the crew blowing and removing leaves off my car. They said they did clean my car off with a commercial leaf blower.Finally after many attempts, to get a solution. Monarch the main company in LA, called on 11/11/2022 today and would only pay for a carwash. *****. at Monarch said I needed photos before this happened and a video of the of the workers doing the damage! I was told ******* would not use a leaf blower by cars again. Too late.I want my car back to the condition it was in on Wednesday morning, not a car wash. Damage to personal property through another's negligence,
