    On August 8th, 2024 our company began communication with Pahoda to receive a copier machine. We finalized our agreement on August 16th. We were given a 10 day quoted delivery date, but did not receive the copier machine until September 18th. 33 days AFTER the initially quoted 10 days, with zero communication in between. We were informed a tech would be out to install the printer, but had received no word. We emailed our Sales Representative on September 19th to request a technician and were informed to "Stay tuned" and received no word until we called on September 30th, 2024 and our installation occurred on October 1st, 2024. Since then, we were given a support tech with Novatech, a partner of Pahoda, from our understanding. We reached out on October 16th, 2024 reporting an error with our copier machine that we had been experiencing for a week with no resolution despite our own troubleshooting. We hosted a virtual meeting where a tech remotely logged into our copier to fix the issue, with no solution. We were then sent an in person tech to resolve the issue, again with no resolution. We were directed to Spectrum as the cause of our issue, however had had multiple Spectrum techs confirm there was no connection issue. Our company emailed Pahoda on October 30th requesting a cancellation of our agreement, as the terms had not been met on Pahoda's end. We received no word until we followed up again on November 4th. Pahoda's response came on November 5th stating they could not cancel the lease and instead opted to try and fix the issue again. We replied same day, November 5th, stating we were no longer interested in fixing the copier as we were going on the 3rd month of not being able to use the copier and instead wished for it to be removed. We received no word until Customer Support called on November 19th with no recollection of a tech ever being sent and no history on our account. We continue to receive no communication from Pahoda.
