    Warranty repair is being ignored.No ETA Email questions are being ignored no RMA number I had to ask what the results of my warranty/RMA repair was, no one is keeping in touch with me at the time.I am told out of stock, asking when will be in stock is ignored. I asked why the company doesn't make a phone call where the item is made ***** '' MADE IN ***" .. no reply.3 weeks has turned into 8 weeks with no update.If MADE IN *** it is one phone call.. one email to find out about backorders.Dozens of model products this company is listing on the website does not say discontinued yet their are never ever in stock or ETA. The company is not granting my warranty or my questions answered, therefore I am being ripped off. Luckly I do have ***** confirmed delivery to the company and emails (after asking myself what is the status ) that they did receive and are going to replace the item. It has been weeks..I do not believe a phone call or email to upate customers on ETA on products listed on the site as out of stock not discontinued.. especially warranty work / rma's I believe higher up in the company needs to take care of these problems.

    Purchased Spyderco Subway Bowie Black Blade. When the box was opened, it was missing sheath, chain and rope. I don't know if I got the display, but I did try to replace it from place of purchase. I was told that they can ship these parts and this is "A WARRANTY ISSUE."I called on August 25, 2022 at 3:40 Pm Eastern Time (Spyderco warranty). The representative was not helpful. I got the run around and basically told me they don't have replacement parts. So, I am stuck with a knife that I cannot use for the intended purpose (wear around my neck as backup protection).In my opinion, this is poor customer service. I am not sure why the ********************** representative thought I should be inconvenienced further by missing parts. Why can't the company open one of there stock and send the parts? I am requesting that missing parts be mailed to me.
