    Structural work done to house with a 5 year warranty. I have repeatedly called to coordinate someone to come out and look at the work performed due to potential work needing to be done. After two months no one has committed to coming out and looking at the current foundation situation.

    We sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration you've experienced in trying to get someone out to inspect the work covered under your warranty. Your concerns are very important to us, and we take our commitment to quality and follow-up seriously. We understand how concerning foundation issues can be and regret that your recent experience hasn't reflected the level of service we strive to provide. 

    We did visit your home on March 24, 2025 to discuss your concerns and we have exchanged emails last week. As mentioned in the email, we would like to come out to take elevation measurements to establish a baseline and recheck the measurements every 6 months. Also, the structural work comes with a lifetime warranty where work was completed. 

    Please let us know by email if you would like for us to come back out take measurements.

    Robert T***** was hired on March 30, 2022 with Construction Services of Denver, DBA: Structural Services of Denver LLC to repair/replace a prior faulty basement egress wall and flagstone patio. Total Job quote $19,500.
    1.Paid $9,500. Attached: Proposal, Deposit, Quote.
    2.Besides the many challenges of the ineffectiveness of managing a project the final completed project aesthetically has uneven walls and appears to be poorly installed and unprofessional and has decreased the value of the property. Please see attached photos.
    3.Absents as GC – unsupervised and no inspections of onsite contractors.This has resulted in stolen personal property, piles of trash left for weeks, damaged concrete steps, gate lock and broken light. Improper setting of flagstone patio deterring water away from the egress wall and home foundation, and not installing proper drainage on each side of the egress wall. Please see photos.
    4.3 shovels were taken, only 2 were returned. Trash removed. Concrete steps, gate lock and broken light, repaired and/or replaced. Improper initial placement of flagstone patio cause sinking in the Southwest corner of the egress wall. Fixed the sinking, however the 2nd placement of flagstone is still not grading away from the southwest corner. Waiting for separate opinion Landscaper Quote to describe the wrong placement and provide a resolution.
    5.Drainage not installed around (2) egress walls as per the Engineers Design report and assumptions. Contacted the Engineers to clarify exactly how the drainage around the walls should have been installed. Please see attached email from Robert avoiding the question and instead falsely accusing me of 'stalling' and threatening to put a lien on my property, which confirms his guilt for not installing the drainage. Please see attached email from Engineers. Please see attached Page 2 Doc as continuance. As a resolution the drainage system around the walls and flagstone need to be resolved. Negotiate on final settlement.
