    Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company or *** Cummings specifically; his credentials are 100% fraudulent. He claims to be able serve as a project manager for construction projects, which is so far beyond his capabilities. I highly recommend spending your money with any other construction company. Allow me to share just a few examplesthere are ***** more that could have been added here. 1. He has zero communication skills. He never told us when he or any sub contractors would show up. So, we were constantly surprised when someone came in/out of our house. And, *** rarely even told the sub contractors what to work on such that we repeatedly had to direct them all while doing our full time jobs and taking care of our kids. 2. He lacks all attention to detail which is pretty important when it comes to finishing up projects. He had no idea that multiple components were missing or incomplete at the end of our job such as the shower drain or doorbell. Furthermore, he would select materials for trim or grout without even running them by us creating a hazardous environment for anyone in the house because these pieces were large, sharp and obstructive. 3. He is simply an indecent person. Even though we had written communication articulating the shower door was part of the construction project scope. He ignored it. And, instead of sharing the shower door contact information with us and allowing us to manage, he canceled the order without telling us and delayed our projects and guests visiting by another 3 weeks. Moreover, he would accuse us, the clients, incorrectly for decisions that he never ran by us. 4. Your project will take 3-4X as long as he tells you. Even he will admit that he takes on too many projects and cannot manage them well. As a result, our and many other projects were materially delayed impacting our ability to live in our own house and have guests stay with us. I really hope you think twice before engaging with *** Cummings.
