1 starI had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company and will never work with them again. Their communication is unprofessional and aggressive, with constant threats of liens and contractual obligationseven when the billing mistakes were entirely on their end.They overcharged me for painting gutters that were never painted and ordered a sliding glass door when I had already hired a third-party company to handle that. they left nails in my garage that they did not pick up. On top of that, their third-party contractor tried to overcharge me for windows, which was yet another billing error.After overcharging me and issuing a refund, I simply questioned the final bill, and instead of a professional response, I was immediately bombarded with emails from **** and ****** threatening to place a lien on my property on the same day my insurance company confirmed the bill was accurate without giving me the day to pay the bill.I have notified my insurance company not to refer them again, and I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when working with them. This is not how a business should operate, and I would never recommend them.Review fromRobert T

2 starsThis review is regarding Job #****.Everything up to and including the roof replacement went quite well, but apparently they significantly underestimated what they wanted to charge me. Initial quote was for around $10k, which I paid, but they came back after the fact and DOUBLED the estimate with their supplemental request. ********* company only paid an additional 20% of the additional amount, so now I'm battling with their billing department on whether they're going to charge me the additional eight thousand dollars or not.Summary - sales process was aggressive, actual roofers were great, but after-the-fact insurance and billing practices has been a nightmare.Review fromChristine T

***** came out to complete an inspection on our roof ridge. In addition to that inspection he also identified some maintenance on seals that we knew were over-due.****** kept in touch during the scheduling process; when weather prevented them from completing the scheduled work. Pictures before and after he completed the boot replacements and sealants completed. ***** advised when he arrived and completed the work.I have found PRQ Exteriors to be honest and not looking to mislead the homeowner for repairs that are not needed. When I need *********** work or replacement, I will call them again and recommend you do the same.
