5 starsI recently purchased a massage chair from Wish Rock Relaxation and these guys are THE BEST! I had a very loose idea for what I wanted and they walked me through the whole process and helped me decide on the best chair for me. They took very good care of me and also now I'm sleeping better and it's helped a great deal with my aching back. I ended up getting the Human Touch Super Novo 2.0 and couldn't be happier. Don't go anywhere else - Wish Rock Relaxation will get you into the right chair. I was able to talk to the owner also and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. 5 starsI purchased a **** mat after coming down with a serious case of Osteitis Pubis, which was a complication from my cancer surgery. Never in my life have I been so impressed with a piece of equipment like this. I can literally feel it working on my body, and reducing the inflammation that had me unable to walk. I am now able to go to the gym and walk because this mat helps keep the inflammation down. What an AMAZING mat. 5 starsThe Wish Rock Company worked closely me to ensure the massage ***** would meet my needs. The staff answered numerous questions, explaining terminology I was unfamiliar with. They also assisted me in ensuring the chair would fit through my door and if I could use an extension cord and other things Ive probably forgotten. 1 starI bought a Lift Chair from them that did not work properly. It was supposed to have a back up battery, but the back up battery did not work and I am disabled and I got stuck in the chair for over three hours. I couldnt get a hold of my caregivers at that time And it caused a lot of pain and I possibly couldve fallen. I have been in touch with them since day one that this chair does not meet my needs, but they refuse to take it back or to give me a new chair or even send out a technician is taking over a month so I had to buy another chair because thats all I can sit in because of my disability , they just keep jerking me around and not giving me any answers. 1 starIf you would have asked me what my rating was when I first purchased my expensive investment lift chair after it broke the first time they help me like I was the one person in the world. Then the chair broke again less then two years from my $2,000 purchase investment and they threw me to the wind oh well take it up with the company etc. ****** LEARNED DONT BUY THRU DO BUSINESS WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT DESERVES AND EARNS YOUR BUSINESS. Better you do that even if you have to spend more money then waste it all when in less then two years you just ****** away $2,000 and have to buy another chair.Review fromsharon b

5 starsI purchased the UltraComfort UC562 Artemis Eclipse 5 Zone ****************** Lift Chair Night Navy (UltraPlush Brisa fabric)) with add ons of: Heat/vibration and foot extension for my mom. I Love the upgrade of Brisa Fabric BTW. I called the company and spoke with the owner! She was so helpful and knowledgable and pleasant to work with! 6-8 weeks later, I had a problem with my delivery which involved the carrier. One phone call to WishRock Relaxation, and they said they would take care of it for me on their end. They sure did! And for this I am most thankful! The chair is super soft and VERY QUIET!
