      The attached document is easier to read than this text since it removed the formatting. It has been impossible to get a live person from either Centura or Panorama to look at my account. They are overbilling me. I've sent 4 emails to Panorama Billing since 6/30/23, yet have received no response.       I have only received the same bill.  No one contacted me via email nor telephone.  No one sent me the copies of statements that I requested multiple times.  The statement that I mostly recently received does not show the whole year to date accounting.  They play a game with how they apply payments and need to supply me with what I requested.  I am not able to find it on their website in order to match it up with my payments and EOBs.  They applied the wrong amount (as if I had no insurance.) when they started working with Centura.org.  Please ask Panorama Billing to supply the statements that I requested from March 1, 2022 to date.  Thank you.  ************************* Hail ************ ******************
