      I purchased two e-gift cards that apparently have no value despite my never using them. After the cashier at the Littleton store said she was unable to redeem them, I returned home and checked the e-gift cards online using Mad Greens 'check balance'. I received the following message for both cards: "Invalid account or the account is closed". The "Terms and Conditions" on each of these e-gift cards clearly states: "No expiration dates or service fees". I have tried repeatedly to speak with a manager at Mad Greens and have not received a call back. E-Gift Card # **** 0145 1787 8319, $50 E-Gift Card # ************** 5529, $40 A few years ago, I had the same problem with this business. I use gift cards (electronic and hard copy) frequently and have no problems with any other business.

      Ordered a Seared Ahi Tuna salad and only received lettuce. Every time I try to contact the store nobody answers the phone. I ended up paying $18 for tuna and didn't get the tuna. This store needs to do better.

      on December 6 we ordered food from mad greens add *********************************************************************************. After we got back home we opened a salad bowl and found her a long piece of light brown hair in one of the bowls you I contacted the restaurant to return the food. I I was told the credit would be refunded back to me. To date no refund has been issued. The total is $28.83.
