  I recommend Monarch roofing and construction. I worked with ***** and he made the whole process so easy. ***** kept me updated throughout the whole process. The work was efficient and the workers cleaned up. I am happy with the roof and gutters. Great company to work with. Professional all the way!

  We had hail damage in May 2023. We planned on using a local roofing company. A representative from Monarch asked if they could take a look at our damage. I said sure, but we've already decided to use another company. After his assessment of the damage, we decided to go with Monarch. Why? The company we planned to use only does roofing and guttering. We also needed stucco, window, and painting repairs. Monarch could do ALL the work, and we didn't have to deal with 3-4 different contractors. Another BIG reason for going with Monarch is they are a part of Team *******************, and a preferred ************************* roofing contractor. Due to all the hail damage in Colorado, there was a lack of shingles available in the brand and color we wanted. We had dates we wanted work done due to company coming. Due to the lack of shingles, we missed our window. I sent an email to the ** at 9:45 PM on a Thurs., expecting a reply next week. At 9:55 PM I got a call from the president of Monarch, *******************. He wanted to meet with me on Fri. morning to discuss my concerns. Here is a company that wants to make sure that things are done to your satisfaction. We changed our brand of shingles, and things started happening very quickly. We didn't interact with the roofers, but they did an excellent job on the install and clean up after. We then had the house and RV garage stucco redone. We interacted with the stucco crew a lot over the 2 1/2 weeks it took. These guys were amazing. They were courteous, professional, and HARD WORKING. They made sure all the color lines were clear and sharp where 2 colors met. They did an excellent job of masking and cleaning up afterwards. They even washed all the windows when they were done. The best part of all this was not having to deal with conflicting schedules for different contractor companies when the shingles threw a wrench into the cogs. I would highly recommend Monarch to work for you, especially if you have multiple jobs to do like we did.

  Monarch Roofing just completed a roof on our home--and exceeded my expectation on the quality of the craftsmanship. The roof is PERFECT, and now updated to the latest code regulations to last many more years. I was nervous about hiring for such an expensive project, but the Owner himself called me directly and sat down with me for literally two hours to go over the contract and work within my budget. He personally took the time to answer every question I had and make sure I was comfortable with the price, the materials, and the process. If I needed reasonable changes to the contract, he was willing to make them. This is true top-level customer service. They also took charge of all the communication with the insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. The process was literally seamless--they took care of everything and did not exceed the budget unless informing **** am very happy with not only the excellent customer service but the quality of the work and the high level of communication. We will be using Monarch again for more of our exterior home needs.
