    My husband purchased for me and my mom a $250 gift card to Urban Escape Day Spa on 5/10/2022 for Mother's Day. There is no expiration date and we recently learned they are no longer in business. There was no notice or any attempt to contact the customers about their closure. I would like for them to refund the $250. See email attached of the purchase sent from them.

    My husband and I received over $300 in gift cards that were in their system records. The business recently closed and never contacted us and kept our money. We never were notified of the closure and never used the gift cards. I would like to a refund.

    I purchased a massage package ($625) and was only able to use 1/6 purchased and the spa has gone out of business. I am requesting a refund from the business.I tried to resolve through my credit card but they have a 60 day timeline for disputes. However, the spa was still in business 60 days from the purchased massage package (4/26/2022).

    I am a teacher and received a $200 gift card in May from parents as a thank you. I was trying to book my appointment only to find out that the Urban Escape Day Spa has closed on July 1! I think it was very unfair of the spa to sell that gift card with no heads up of the closing date! Is there anything that can be done?

    Urban escape day spa closed recently. I had an appointment booked with them for July 10 2022. Evidently they closed permanently on July 5th but did not inform any of their clients. I attempted to reach out by phone,, email and social media to ask for a refund. I have not received any response. I also noted on face book that the business was selling services weeks before they closed this tells me they were selling services they never intended to honor as I was constant told they were booked and ironically was only given an appointment for a date they knew they would be closed. I paid in advance for the service and never received it. I believe that the business was scamming people out of money for services that would never be honored and essentially stealing from people
