    I purchased a Yeti SB115 bike almost exactly two years (mid-October, 2020) ago from the a local dealer (Powerhouse in *********) for almost $7,000. Since I have had it, there have been problems with the bike creaking and cracking. I've taken really good care of the bike. I've worked with the local shop where I purchased the bike to find and eliminate the creaks/cracking (including a bunch of my cash and their time) and spent countless hours on test rides trying to fix the problems. The bike shop filed a warranty claim with Yeti for a full frame, but **** decided only to replace a part of the frame- the rear triangle. After replacement of that I still have the creaking when I load the pedals and it is clearly still there. I have to say, with all that noise, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the frame. I would like the front triangle on the frame replaced- there is a lifetime warranty on the frame. Unfortunately, after trying to remedy through the dealer/ bike shop, they have told me that there is nothing more they can do, so I am at wits end trying to have the rest of my very expensive bike frame replaced so it does not fail or make noises a cheap department store bike would make. I have videos of the sounds the frame makes...

    We have continued to research the source of this issue. A new mainframe has been sent and we have not heard anything negative back. Assuming that the consumer is now happy and issues have been resolved via Yeti Cycles and Powerhouse.
