    Grand Entry Garage Doors provided me with a quote for a garage door for a new build in ****** after I provided architectural document for review back in July 2024. At that time I paid a deposit of $1280.00. I had advised we were quite a bit out from being ready for it and would follow up as construction progressed. In November I advised **** that framing was starting and **** provided 9x8 as the dimensions. Unfortunately these dimensions werent correct to work with the arched window that was also part of the garage (shown in architectural plan). **** went on site and talked with the contractor and advised that he would submit a change order as the door needs to be 9x7 versus 9x8.On November 11, 2024 I followed up to see when the door would be available for installation. **** didnt respond to my email. I sent a text on 11/15 and he went on site to check on framing, etc. I followed up again on 11/21 to get an ETA on the door and he advised it was still 4 weeks out. I followed up in December on 12/15 and got no response, I followed up on 12/20 and he told me the distributor was doing inventory. Followed up again on 12/27 and he was still waiting on distributor. Sent follow-up on 1/7, 1/10, and 1/20 with no response. Finally got in touch on 1/22 and he was to go on-site on 1/22 to check about installing, but he never did this. I either want the garage door installed or my deposit back.
