Daniele agreed to rebuild the engine and replace the carburetor of a small foreign vehicle in April of 2021. He has received almost 3000 dollars of a 3600 estimate (including almost 500 dollars for tires not included in the estimate) and has not delivered the vehicle. When we inquire about the progress of the repairs we are given excuses such as COVID, building maintenance, other suppliers not completing work on schedule and the inability to obtain and retain reliable employees. Daniele continuously attends and shows vehicles at car shows, the latest being Pebble Beach.

    Business Response

    Date: 10/07/2022

    Good Morning

I have read very carefully both  Message ,from my Client , and the guide for a correct answer.

I Feel to answer this :

In Consideration I Take Care in the same way for Customers that Own Vehicle worth up to 500K $ or more sometimes and Customers that Own Vehicle worth 5k $ .

In Consideration That what happened in the last year is Highly true and all the efforts are insane to keep going .

In Consideration of A Full Engine rebuilt with Upgrades plus all the details around the car  At The Price Mentioned that still remain the Same according the Workshop Philosophy with no extra charge .

In Consideration of the declaration that we Performed Pebble Beach Concourse ( One The Most important Event in the World )  this Year , and is true ,have to put our customer in the position of privilege to be assisted with professionality  at Our Facility .

We Love to Take Care with every single vehicle at our Shop , but this does not Mean we Agree with Our Customers All The time and not essentially  Apologize , because we have to evaluate each situation and the specific details regarding the Labor Performance .

I'm Going to Close and i'm going to Declare that with cooperation on both Parts the Result is Always Granted  .

I'll Be Happy to continue to work on The Vehicle and i'll Be Happy to give all the information regarding the Labor Details .

    All My Best

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I sympathize with the hardships and obstacles over the last couple of years.  The issue is not price or quality of the owner/business.  It is the timeliness of delivery of a functional vehicle with agreed repairs and modifications.  The expected outcome of the complaint was timely delivery of a vehicle that has been in the shop's possession for over a year and a half.  Any person would expect this work to be completed in this time frame regardless of hardships or obstacles.  I would like a reasonable deadline to be committed to and met in order to accept.

    Regards,

    ***** ****
