    We hired ***** ****** who was a friend of my boyfriend *** first part of February 2023 to epoxy are kitchen countertops and backsplashes,
    ***** showed up with two samples, I pick the more bold one. I asked for a little gold and silver, however my countertop and backsplashes are more gold and silver with copper, what was his mistakes. When installing one of the backsplashes he cracked it, put two dents and a large scratch in another backsplash. ***** returned to try to blend it in with acrylic paint, until he would return in about 4 weeks to fix his mistakes, however it looks awful.
    I texted ***** on March 27th and April 3rd 2023 with no response to return to fix he’s mistakes, *** also called after my two texts, also with no response. My countertops have dents do to dust and hair, was told he would also return to buff out the countertops. I did pay half up front, paid the rust when he said we would return in 4 weeks, my mistake trusting ***** wouldn’t do this to a friend or anybody else. *** and I are going to have to hire someone else to try to buff out the countertops and replace the backsplashes due to ******* mistakes

    We purchased a building at *** **** ******* **** ** on 12/22/22 that Integrity Field Services, LLC had put a new roof on in July 28, 2021. Upon purchase of the building, our contract included a transferable 10 year warranty for the roof. The roof has started leaking, and so 2 weeks ago we contacted ***** ****** to ask him to honor his warranty and come repair the roof. He told us he would come the next weekend. He did not. We called and text him during the week, he did not respond. We used a different phone number to reach him. He answered, said that we would let me know the next day when he could come repair the roof. He never responded. I called again 2 days later, left a message asking him to call me back, he never called me back. I called again today, did not get a response and left another message. I have a signed commitment fromt ***** ******, owner of Integrity Field Services, LLC for a 10 year warranty on our roof. He will not return our calls. After 2 weeks of attempting to receive a response, the business has not attempted to resolve the issue. I would like an immediate response to repair the roof he has warrantied.

    An air bubble formed and exploded in the upstairs bathroom on the countertop. The downstairs countertops are staining. Which we were told would not do with the diamond coating. I dont think the diamond coating was actually put on.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is the end product we were left with after the counter bubbled and finished breaking apart. We kust want the bad work fixed or refund us money so we can get someone else to do the work correctly for the bathroom counterops and the kitchen countertops. I have the messages he sent me saying je would come out and then he stopped responding and no showed
