    Pre paid for fertilizing for 6 treatments man showed up and didn't spray all areas they said they were here 8 minutes . The hose required would probably take 8 minutes to roll out and back. Then tech lied about temp. At 1:15 pm tried to cancel contract rude lady in office said no refund. Grass very green last year, not this year

    The customer at *** *** **** ***** originally called us to help him with his irrigation several days prior to the scheduled application he is referring to. We called him back a few days later and apologized stating we would not be able to fix his irrigation before the date he gave us because he was leaving town. We had an unexpected break on another project we take care. A few days later we did the routine scheduled application that the customer paid for. At that time and I want to mention for the first time since being a customer he stated he wasn't happy with the service and wanted to cancel. No other mention of this. I believe he was upset that we couldnt do his irrigation. The tech was indeed there (8) minutes and that is more than enough time to put down the required amount of product, reel up the hose and do the job he needs to. In fact we did a replay via our tracking device on the truck and the past 3 visits were all 7, 8, 9 minutes. His lawn is very small and if we were to stand around any longer and apply more product than required by the Department of Ag we would burn the lawn. If ***** simply called us to express his concern with the lawn not looking very well we would have been happy to come out and take a look. This claim came after he called us to fix his irrigation because it wasnt working properly and his lawn was dry due to no water. We know we did our job correctly and efficiently. We expressed to ***** we pay bills after the 1st of each month and he would see his refund at that time. He was removed from our system and no further work will be done. As for the temperature that was an honest mistake. That has nothing to do with the efficiency of the service we provided or even related to the application. We have been in business for over 30 years and the customer felt the need to argue about how we do our application and when we apply. If he knows this much about our industry it may be best for him to do these applications himself.

    Talked to rude owners  again they still refused  to look at damage they did to lawn but satisfied  with refund.
