    Do NOT use them!! They were contracted through ********** and I am NOT impressed. I paid them the day of service using a check, which is what they asked for. They ran the check that day and then three days later ran it AGAIN. I called them and was told they would check and call me back. They never called back so I again called them!! The problem the following day is still not resolved. The gentleman that came was very nice but their pricing is way out of line. I was charged the basic fee, no problem, but then was charged over $200 for him to brush off a part. The part was not even replaced, just a quick wipe off. Was also given a very hard to read handwritten quote to replace furnace. Again, the gentleman was very nice and kind, but overall very unhappy with the office. Will not use again.

    I'm so sorry about the check being processed twice. We did issue a refund on an ACH transaction through *********** ****** did call you back but there was no answer and she left you a message. I hope that ********** has processed that refund to your account. Thank you for sharing, and I'm very sorry about your experience.
