    As an owner beware of **** Property Management. They have managed my residential property for only 2 years, and in that time I have had 4 different managers. This is an inconvenience for me, as I do not know whom I should be dealing with, but it is a major disruption for my tenant, who has been there the whole time. They also have an in house maintenance crew who overcharges and whom the managers are unwilling to question. I fired them yesterday as they failed in their fiduciary obligations and have since contacted my tenant. He was grateful to be dealing with me solely now, as he had numerous complaints himself about their service. So whether as an owner or tenant beware.
