      We gave a deposit to this business on Feb 27th of this year, with a promise of installation in 6-8 weeks, and that an professional installer would be by in the nest few days to take final measurements. We have only successfully received communication from All Variety windows and doors, or Dan W*****, and that was to inform us that windows had not been measured nor were they ordered 8 weeks after deposit was taken. He did manage to send out a sub contractor to measure for windows at that time, but the sub told us Dan had no employees, had burned his previous install team so bad, they have completely left the company. The tech who showed up was doing this as a favor to an old friend, but he wasn't actually a window installer. Since then we have had zero responses from All Variety Windows, at that was 6 weeks ago, despite trying to contact via email, phone and text.

      At this point, I believe a few other online reviews have popped up with similar stories, and with zero communication from Dan, I believe we need some outside help.

       I had filed a previous complaint(#********), and it was closed, with a promise of work to be completed in 3 to 4 weeks. It has been 8 going on 9 weeks since, and e have once again failed to receive any communication from All Variety Window and Doors. We have asked for proof of materials being ordered, and have never received a confirmation. At this point, with zero faith in the business being capable of completing the contracted work, we are asking for a full refund of the Deposit.

      Our agreement was as I had eight months to fulfill the window order unfortunately, these windows were delayed and had employee issues getting quality Installers . That is all been taken care of now . We are fulfilling. All obligations windows are installed. Customer is now said he is now good. And  said they would retract their complaint upon completion. I have been working with this customer and have also been in communication with him. Unfortunately, it did take longer than we wanted, but all services were provided as promised.

      After waiting for over 6 months for windows to be installed, we imediately paid Dan W***** in Full on 10/10/24 via check number 281. We thought all was complete with the transaction. On December 11th, 2024 we were served with notice of a lien being filed on our property from ** ******. Evidently Dan W***** with All Variety windows had never paid the supplier, ** ******, for the windows on our house. When contacted, Dan Said it had all been taken care of, yet we still have an active lien filed against our residence. we require a notice of the release of Lien against our property, without further payment from us.
